The sharing of this technology and business knowledge is intended to help others and myself preserve knowledge enough for continuing growth and expanding skill sets. By imparting this information, the hope is to foster a culture of collaboration and empower others to thrive in this shared purpose. However, maintaining a balance will be key for me. Documenting these references, research, and findings can not only aid in organizing knowledge but also ensures we don’t exhaust ourselves re-doing and researching the same pieces. Hopefully the results are a systematic approach to cataloging insights, utilizing programing languages, tools, apps, reference materials, or even traditional methods like journaling as aids in areas I tend to focus on. I will establish boundaries and prioritize the learning and development alongside sharing out expertise. Remembering, the capacity to guide is amplified when continuously replenish our own learning reserves. So, while sharing is vital, preserving some knowledge of this information on your own ensures this can remain a reliable source of guidance in the long run.
